complete deliverables

What your project receives.

Every stage is approached as part of one finished release rather than a collection of disconnected technical tasks.

01

Vocal tuning

Pitch correction shaped around the performance and genre rather than flattened into a generic setting.

02

Noise cleanup

Unwanted room noise, harsh breaths, clicks, and distracting artifacts are addressed where possible.

03

Time alignment

Lead vocals, doubles, backgrounds, and ad-libs are tightened while preserving the natural delivery.

04

Vocal processing

EQ, compression, saturation, depth, effects, and automation are built around the song's emotional direction.

05

Instrument balancing

The instrumental and vocal production are balanced together so the record feels cohesive rather than layered on top.

06

Stereo imaging

Width, placement, mono compatibility, and spatial depth are refined without sacrificing focus.

07

Final mastering

The approved mix receives tonal polish, dynamic control, and competitive release-ready loudness.

08

WAV delivery

You receive a high-quality final WAV prepared for distribution and streaming-platform delivery.

09

Direct collaboration

The project is handled personally by po9t from intake through revisions and final approval.

timeline and collaboration

Turnaround & revisions.

7–14 day turnaround

Standard projects are completed within a maximum of 7–14 days after all usable files and intake information have been received. The turnaround begins once the project is confirmed ready to start—not simply at checkout.

Two revision rounds

Two collaborative revision rounds are included. Each round should contain one consolidated list of timestamped notes so changes can be handled clearly and efficiently. A revision refines the approved direction rather than restarting the mix from scratch.

common questions

FAQ.

Does this include mastering?

Yes. The approved mix receives a final mastering pass and is delivered as a streaming-ready WAV.

Are ad-libs, doubles, and background vocals included?

Yes, provided they are clearly labeled and uploaded with the rest of the vocal stems.

Can I send a full DAW project?

Exported, clearly labeled audio stems are preferred because they prevent missing-plugin and compatibility issues.

Can you work with a two-track instrumental?

Yes. Instrumental balancing is included, though a stereo beat naturally provides less control than complete production stems.

What counts as a revision?

A revision is a consolidated set of reasonable changes to the current mix. New recordings, major arrangement changes, replacement beats, or a completely new direction may require a separate fee or order.

Do you offer faster turnaround?

Priority turnaround with a specified deadline of up to three days is available through Mix & Master Pro.

Are stem exports included?

Stem export is not included in the standard package. It is available upon request with Mix & Master Pro.

What happens after checkout?

You will be taken to the client intake form, where you can explain the project in detail and provide the Google Drive link containing your files.
