complete deliverables

What your master includes.

This service is intended for songs that are already fully mixed and only need the final stage of tonal, dynamic, stereo, and loudness refinement before release.

01

Tonal balancing

Final EQ refinement addresses excess buildup, harshness, dullness, or imbalance across the full mix.

02

Dynamic control

Compression and limiting are used to shape impact, consistency, and musical movement without flattening the song.

03

Loudness optimization

The song is brought to competitive release loudness while protecting clarity, punch, and headroom.

04

Stereo refinement

Width, center focus, low-end stability, and mono compatibility are reviewed and refined where appropriate.

05

Final limiting

Peak control and final output level are handled for clean playback across streaming platforms and consumer systems.

06

Streaming-ready WAV

You receive a high-quality mastered WAV prepared for distribution to major streaming platforms.

Reference tracks or target loudness direction
Release platform or distribution plans
Clearly labeled Google Drive folder
Notes about fades, spacing, or intended sequencing

timeline and collaboration

Turnaround & revisions.

7–14 day turnaround

Standard projects are completed within a maximum of 7–14 days after all usable files and intake information have been received. The turnaround begins once the project is confirmed ready to start—not simply at checkout.

One revision round

One collaborative revision round is included. The revision should contain one consolidated set of reasonable notes focused on the final master rather than changes to the underlying mix.

common questions

FAQ.

Does this include mixing?

No. This service is for songs that are already fully mixed. If the vocals and instrumental still need balancing, editing, tuning, or processing, choose Mix & Master instead.

What file should I send?

Send the final stereo mix as a high-quality WAV file. Avoid MP3 files and leave the final limiter off whenever possible.

How much headroom should I leave?

There is no single required peak level, but the mix should not be clipping or heavily limited. A clean, dynamic stereo mix is ideal.

Will mastering fix problems in my mix?

Mastering can improve tonal balance, loudness, dynamics, and stereo presentation, but it cannot fully repair major vocal, arrangement, distortion, or balance problems inside the mix.

What counts as the included revision?

The included revision is one consolidated set of reasonable mastering changes, such as adjustments to loudness, brightness, low end, or overall tonal direction.

How long does delivery take?

The maximum turnaround is 7–14 days after the completed intake form and usable final mix have been received.

What do I receive?

You receive a high-quality streaming-ready mastered WAV. Additional versions should be requested before work begins.

What happens after checkout?

You will be directed to the Client Intake Form, where you can provide your final mix, references, release information, and Google Drive link.
